Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility:
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Beyond this period, we may not be able to process your return.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:
      • Consumables (e.g., test strips)
    • Customized or specially ordered items may also be non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
    • When anything from the delivered package is missing, including but not limited to price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, accessories, etc.
  3. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Returns made without an RMA number may not be accepted or processed.
    • Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the return item to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Refund Process:
    • Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
  5. Return Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of your item.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
    • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your request efficiently.
  7. Restocking Fee:
    • A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for items that are opened, used, or returned beyond the specified timeframe.
    • The restocking fee, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund amount.
