Return and Refund Policy
At SS POCT LLP, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality medical equipment and customer service. While we aim for complete customer satisfaction, we understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is required. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and any promotional items included.
Return requests must be raised within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. Upon verification we will offer a replacement or full refund within 15 days depending upon availability
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
SS POCT LLP maintains a strict no-return or exchange policy due to the nature of the healthcare products offered. However, exchanges or replacements will be allowed only in the following cases, subject to confirmation by our support team:
Damaged product
Incorrect item received
Incomplete order
Missing product
Strictly Non-Returnable Items include:
a) Consumables, such as:
Test strips, lancets, alcohol swabs, syringes, vacutainers
Disposable gloves, masks, gowns
Diagnostic kits, disinfectants, single-use catheters, medical dressings
These are non-returnable once packaging is opened, due to health, hygiene, and regulatory concerns.
b) Customized or Special Order Products, such as:
Calibrated equipment
Branded or buyer-labeled items
Bulk orders in special configurations
These are non-returnable unless defective or not as described.
c) Incomplete Returns may be rejected if:
Original packaging, manuals, accessories, or freebies are missing
Item appears used, tampered with, or mishandled
Free gifts not returned with the main product
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

Submit your return request within 7 calendar days of product receipt.
Our support team will review and respond within 72 business hours.
If approved, we will arrange pickup of the product.
Ensure the product is securely packed in original packaging to avoid rejection.
Refund Process
Refunds are initiated after the returned item is received and verified for compliance.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
It typically takes 3 to 5 business days after refund initiation for the amount to reflect in your account.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if:
Return is beyond the eligible timeframe
Packaging is opened or product is used
Accessories or freebies are missing
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where:
Wrong item delivered
Verified defective product received
Use a reliable, trackable courier service.
SS POCT LLP is not liable for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photo/video evidence clearly showing the damage or defect.
Upon verification we will offer a replacement or full refund within 15 days depending upon availability and nature of the issue.
Claims submitted after 48 hours or without proper evidence may be rejected.
Product Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Any delays will be communicated via email or phone.
Legal Jurisdiction
This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
