Order Processing
All confirmed orders undergo processing within 1–2 business days from the date of payment verification.
Processing times may vary during public holidays, high-demand seasons, or unforeseen operational delays. Customers will be notified in the event of significant disruptions.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on factors such as product type, packaging requirements, size, weight, volume, and other relevant considerations.
All applicable fees will be clearly presented to the user at the checkout stage prior to purchase.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Remote/Hard-to-Reach Areas: May take up to 10–12 business days.
International Shipping: Varies by country and subject to customs and import regulations.
Product Return Pickup Timeframe
If a return is approved (as per our Return and Refund Policy), SS POCT LLP will arrange for product pickup within 2–5 business days from the date the return request is verified and confirmed by our support team.
Customers are required to ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit. Improper packaging may result in rejection of the return.
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, users will receive an email / WhatsApp message / SMS with the shipment tracking number and courier details.
You can track the shipment via the courier’s website or our website’s tracking feature.
Cancellation Before Shipment
(Applicable Only to Orders Within India)
If the order has not been shipped, the user may cancel by contacting our support team.
Once confirmed, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the cancellation approval date.

Proof of Delivery & Liability
Deliveries require a valid signature upon receipt. If unavailable, the user must ensure an alternate recipient is present.
SS POCT LLP is not liable for disputes arising after signed delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If the shipment arrives damaged or is not delivered, users must report it immediately or on the expected delivery date.
SS POCT LLP will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue per their policy.
Once delivered to the correct address, we hold no further liability.
Carrier Holidays
Delivery may be impacted by public or courier-specific holidays.
We will inform customers about known delays whenever possible.
Non-Resale Clause
Products are meant for end-use only. Orders suspected of resale or unauthorized distribution may be cancelled.
