4. Limited Product Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage: This limited warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from the SS POCT Website. Product-specific warranty periods and coverage details are listed on the respective product pages.
2. Remedies: If a defect arises and a valid warranty claim is submitted within the Warranty Period, SS POCT will, at its discretion:

• (i) Repair the device using new or refurbished parts, or
• (ii) Replace the device with a new or equivalent product.

1. Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not cover:

• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
• Devices altered, serviced, or modified by unauthorized personnel.
• Cosmetic damage or defects due to: (a) Use with non-SS POCT products, (b) Accident, misuse, mishandling, or acts of God (e.g., fire, flood), (c) Normal wear and tear, (d) Operation outside specified guidelines or voltage conditions.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using:

• Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, RuPay)
• Debit Cards
• UPI
• Net Banking
• Wallets (where available)

All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. SS POCT LLP is not liable for errors or failures by such third-party services. We reserve the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations.

These provisions are intended to account for unforeseen situations where, despite reasonable efforts, the company is unable to perform due to factors outside its control.

18. Cancelation Policy:

SS POCT LLP allows cancellation of orders placed and to be delivered within India, provided the items have not yet been dispatched. To initiate a cancellation, the user must contact our customer support team available Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (IST). If the order is confirmed as not yet shipped, the cancellation will be processed, and any payments made will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days. Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation, and in such cases, users may refer to the Return and Refund Policy, if applicable. Certain products may be designated as non-cancellable or non-returnable due to hygiene standards, perishability, legal or regulatory restrictions, or customization, and cancellation requests for such items will not be accepted once the order is placed. Refunds for cancelled orders will be made through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing, and the actual credit timeline may vary depending on the payment provider. SS POCT LLP reserves the right to refuse or delay cancellation requests if there is reason to believe the request is not genuine or violates the terms and conditions of sale.

19. Termination

SS POCT LLP reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate a user’s access to its website, mobile application, or any of its services at any time, without prior notice, if it believes that the user has violated, breached, misused, or unethically manipulated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or has otherwise acted in a manner deemed inappropriate or unethical by SS POCT LLP.

However, SS POCT LLP reserves the right to retain transaction records or related data for regulatory, legal, or taxation purposes, as required by applicable laws.

SS POCT LLP may also unilaterally terminate or suspend the user’s account under any of the conditions outlined in its Terms of Use. In the event of such termination, any benefits such as referral credits, loyalty points, SS POCT LLP credit, or pending refunds may be forfeited at the sole discretion of SS POCT LLP. Any requests for returns or refunds from users whose accounts have been terminated will be evaluated and processed solely at the discretion of SS POCT LLP.

If it is found that the user has used false information, including but not limited to email addresses, contact numbers, or delivery addresses, or has engaged in any fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious activity such as creating multiple accounts with malafide intent or disrupting the normal operation of the platform, SS POCT LLP reserves the right to deny access to the platform and to terminate the user’s account, including any linked accounts, without prior notice.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
