    If a defect arises and a request is received within the Warranty Period, SS POCT, at its discretion and in compliance with applicable laws, will either (i) Repair the Device at no charge using new or refurbished parts. (ii) Replace the Device with a new device.

    This warranty does not cover:
    Devices purchased from unauthorized resellers or third parties.
    Devices altered, serviced, refurbished, or modified by unauthorized personnel.
    Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents) or defects caused by:
    (a) Use with non-SS POCT products,
    (b) Accident, misuse, mishandling, or external factors like fire, flood, or earthquake,
    (c) Normal wear and tear such as discoloration,
    (d) Operating the Device:
    (i) Outside the intended uses,
    (ii) Not according to instructions,
    (iii) With improper voltage or power supply.
